All MST flights are subject to weather and aircraft availability. Confirmed reservations are non-refundable. ALL CLIENTS MUST SIGN A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM UPON MAKING A RESERVATION, AND IT MUST BE CLARIFIED WITH A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID AND A COPY OF CREDIT CARD USED, NO EXCEPTIONS. All reservations will be rescheduled if MST determines the flight is unsafe due to flying conditions, which includes but not limited to weather, equipment malfunction, unexpected maintenance or FAA Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR). MST is not responsible for any delays due to prior flights, weather or unexpected airplane maintenance. All Charters and Tours are non-exclusive, unless previously agreed upon. All cancellations are at the discretion of MST. MST is not responsible for any damage, stolen or loss of any personal effect, including but not limited to dropping into water. All passengers must provide government issued ID and a valid passport for international travel, prior to boarding. Only one 20 lbs. soft sided duffel bag allowed per person (no checked bags). MST reserves the right to deny boarding if luggage and passengers are over the weight limit. If you have purchased a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, they will expire 12 months from purchased date.
